It is possible to sign up with e-mail sign up and Facebook sign up for the ViBLE account.
Changing the password for e-mail member is possible through [My Page] from upper right hand corner after logging in, and in case one has forgotten the password, one can reset their password through the e-mail they signed up with through [Forgot your password?] from the login screen.
If you cannot remember the e-mail address you signed up with, send the front part of the e-mail address you think you have signed up with to email@example.com, we will promptly check and help you.
ViBLE is a paid content service. If the capture or recording function is activated in the PC,
it automatically detects and stops playing. (error code 1002)
If your device is Mac OS, please shut down the Mac QuickTime program completely.

Some Mac OS devices have a problem with audio sync. If you have an audio sync problem, you can adjust audio sync in Mac OS Player.
After you adjust the audio sync, the settings are stored in the Player.
So the video play is normally possible after adjustment.

In case of the member who is using the membership after sign up, they can continue to watch the episode of the class that was recently watched by themselves at the [My Page] > [Recently Played] menu.
There is 2 kinds of membership, and is separated in to [Single Class] and [All Access].
• Single Class is a life time membership than can be used for one Master’s class.
• All Access is a season pass which you can take classes from all masters registered on ViBLE service for 1 year from the day of payment. (However, enrollment for new classes are only possible 30 days after the opening date.)
• After payment, you can watch the same on both PC web / mobile application.
If you have a gift card received as a present, you can take classes by entering the redeem code on [My Page] > [My Gift] after signing up.
(Depending on the gift card type, you can choose the master which you wish to take class from after registering the redeem code).
However, iOS users cannot register gift cards within the app according to Apple's policy. Please register after logging in from PC web or mobile web.
ViBLE survice supports PC service and Android/iOS App service.
PC is optimized for Chrome, the player support for mobile web is impossible therefore please download the application.

Currently a download service for the course video is not provided separately.
The ViBLE service is based on the principle that only ViBLE members can access and watch the classes purchased by themselves.
ViBLE is analyzing members' accounts, recently watched courses, and access and you may be held legally responsible for any violation.
Account sharing is not possible.
If evidence of account sharing is detected during the course, the account is automatically blocked and may be permanently restricted.
In principle, ViBLE service allows one’s self to access-view the classes’ member one’s self has purchases. If this is violated, legal responsibility may be asked.
It is impossible to share accounts, the account may automatically be blocked or have permanent usage limits if sharing history or proof for multi-use is found during the enrollment.
If you have downloaded the ViBLE application from your i-phone and paid for the course through in-app purchasing, the refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. In this case, ViBLE cannot proceed with this process, and the refund will only be made through Apple.
If it is difficult to get a refund through Apple, the refund policy will be applied according to the product classification. For iOS, you will be refunded in KRW (Korean won). Rates apply to the date the payment was processed.
You will be refunded in KRW (Koreans won) according to ViBLE's refund policy. (Dollar or other currency is not available) You can get a refund to your domestic account. (Korean bank account, not your overseas account)

If you need to request a refund from Apple and inquire about the refund procedure, please contact Apple's Customer Center (080-333-4000).
In case of Single Class after 2 weeks of charged enrollment period, a lifetime free enrollment period will be achieved. If none of the classes were taken nor the workbook was downloaded within 7 days of payment, it is possible for 100% refund (withdrawal of subscription), and refund request is impossible after 14 days.
If there is a record of a class that was taken during the 14 days, refund after deducting a portion in accordance to the relevant record is possible, and if there is a record of downloading a workbook, it is impossible to withdraw subscription or request for refund.
Partial refund deducting standard is as following.
In case of All Access 9 months of free enrollment period will be achieved after 3 months of charged enrollment period. If none of the classes were taken nor the workbook was downloaded within 7 days of payment, it is possible for 100% refund (withdrawal of subscription), and refund request is impossible after 90 days.
If there is a record of a class that was taken during the 90 days, refund after deducting a portion in accordance to the relevant record is possible, but if there is a record of downloading a workbook, it is impossible to withdraw subscription or request for refund

Educational expense deduction is possible for occupational ability development training facility determined by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, but ViBLE is a Lifelong Education Center but not a facility determined by the Ministry of Employment and Labor therefore is not the subject to tax reduction under educational expense for end-year tax adjustment.
